Neill and Son Roofing LLC is actively looking for a Site Superintendent to manage job site production, overseeing all phases of roofing projects, including installations and repairs for both residential and commercial properties. The role may also encompass siding and gutter projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of job site production, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction from planning to completion.
• Apply industry knowledge and skills to manage and direct work crews.
• Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain professional communication with contractors, clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Keep the production and operations departments up to date on job progress and estimated time of completion.
• Minimize project waste by making returns to distributors. There is an incentivized bonus to return materials.

Primary Duties:

• Supervise contractors to ensure accuracy, performance, and customer-focused results.
• Ensure compliance with production protocols, product guidelines, and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate logistics of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Continuously learn about the roofing industry, undergo training, and obtain necessary certifications.
• Represent the company with a professional appearance and conduct.
• Identify and solve problems efficiently.
• Engage in routine communication and meetings with team members.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct inspections, generate reports, and handle payment collections.
• Report to branch and production leaders.

Desired Qualities and Skills:

• Technologically sound, must be able to operate a smart phone and tablet. Know the basics of technology in order to use the CRM that is essential to offering the highest quality service to our customers.
• Ability to pass a drug screening test.
• High energy with a strong focus on customer service.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to tow a trailer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Competent with mobile apps and basic computer skills.
