Industrial Electrical Technician Opportunity

Job Description

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on low/medium voltage motor control systems for plant equipment.

• Responsible for motor drive system maintenance and troubleshooting (specifically with Siemens and Rockwell drive systems).

• Utilize PLC interfaces for equipment diagnostics and assist in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of new equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Direct Placement hiring opportunity

• Above market pay for the skill set and area

• The pay range is $37.24 - $42.82. (Normal entry rate is $37.24. After 12 months – $39.72 and after 24 months $42.82). Willing to start someone between 40-42/hr to start if they have the right skillset.

• Benefits for individual are 100% paid for by employer (med, dental, vision),

• 401K matches 4%

• $170 for steel toed boots whenever they need new pair.

• Uniforms provided

• Tool pay back program paid back over 2 years. Total of 2600.

• HSA - company contributes $1,000/yr, $1750/yr for family
