Description We are in the Medical Devices industry, located in Monclova Township, Ohio, and we're currently seeking a Medical Customer Service Rep. As part of our team, you'll be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively handling customer queries within the medical device sector. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer applications related to medical devices accurately

• Using CRM and IBM AS/400 to maintain and update customer records

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for various administrative tasks

• Administering customer claims and handling complaints effectively

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly

• Overseeing customer accounts and executing appropriate actions

• Managing billing functions for customer accounts

• Assisting with benefit functions related to medical devices

• Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Proven ability in Complaint Handling

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Ability to work in the Medical Devices industry

• Previous experience as a Medical Customer Service Rep is preferred.
