What You Will Do:
The Stock Synch Analyst will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and best practices with respect to ODES Warehouse Management System. This individual will be the ODES business owner within the facility and will own the ODES solution from a compliance and process excellence perspective. Additionally, the role will be responsible for inventory reconciliation between the ODES solution and other ERP solutions, including SAP. Furthermore, this person will be the primary point of contact in the facility with respect to training on the ODES solution and operational best practices. Expectations of the role are as follows:
Supervise the performance of the DC though the monitoring of KPI (including LMS)
System Interface Monitoring (PGI, Orders, Shipping etc.)
Ensure the respect of Fulfillment Factory best practices & ODES processes
Secure continuous knowledge management of the ODES Warehouse Management solution
Ensure the right configuration of the system within its authorized scope
Log Demands for ODES evolution
Daily inventory reconciliation in Manhattan Active comparing to SAP including publication of daily Sync KPI
Daily inventory correction actions in coordination with IT, Corporate Inventory teams, and Finance
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of Distribution Center with 2-4 years of experience in a DC environment.
Ability to understand and navigate through IT solution & data analysis
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including but not limited to the use of VLOOKUP, creation of Pivot Tables, use of Macros, etc.
Good understanding of ODES solution
Ability to perform simple configuration tasks for local settings
Strong autonomy
Pragmatic, solution-driven mindset
KPI & Performance oriented
Good social & pedagogical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Manhattan WMS/LMS
Experience with SAP
Experience with Cycle Counting and Inventory Reconciliation
Experience in Excel VBA and the creation of Excel Macros
Experience in Power BI
Integrated Lean Six Sigma experience
Data analytics skill set
Experience with Distribution Center Automation Technologies.
Ability to meet deadlines, have good organizational skills, work autonomously, and make decisions
Strong communication skills & presentation skills.
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts and principles

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Must be able to handle multiple projects and prioritize daily work loads
