Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will ensure a warm welcome and provide outstanding service throughout their stay. Your role is critical in setting the tone for a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Administration: Manage cash transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts. Prepare and distribute guest bills, ensuring accuracy. Communication: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs and ensure rooms are ready. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions. Problem Solving: Resolve guest issues or complaints with patience and professionalism. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other front desk agents and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality education preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software (Choiceadvantage) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. Attributes: Friendly and welcoming demeanor. Professional appearance and attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits:
