Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Sorter or Pallet Sorter to join their team. As a Sorter or Pallet Sorter, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient pallet management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sorter or Pallet Sorter

Location: Monroe, OH

Pay Range: $18.00 USD per hour

What's the Job?

• Sort wooden pallets by hand, ensuring proper categorization.

• Separate damaged pallets from usable ones.

• Perform quality checks on pallets to maintain high standards.

• Identify and differentiate between various pallet grades.

• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while working.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and quick hands for efficient sorting.

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and problem-solving.

• Ability to interpret various instructions in different formats.

• Capability to work in extreme conditions, including heat and cold.
