Like shopping at Trader Joe's? Then, maybe you'll love working with us. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accounts Payable Processor, Non-Merchandise who is searching to do what they'll love! The qualified Sr. Accounts Payable Processor, Non-Merchandise has at least 5 years of high volume invoice processing experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.
The Sr. Accounts Payable Processor, Non-Merchandise is responsible for:
Validating and reconciling daily utility posting report and issuing payments.
Contacting utility companies to resolve issues with disconnection notices and late balances.
Processing and clearing US Customs invoices.
Researching and resolving vendor statement issues.
Reviewing monthly duplicate payment file, preparing report and submitting findings to both AP Managers.
Processing high volume of invoices, while maintaining accuracy and confirming that each invoice is properly approved.
Working collaboratively with other departments.
The Sr. Accounts Payable Processor, Non-Merchandise has:
A High School Diploma.
A minimum of 5 years of high volume invoice processing.
A Proven AP knowledge and experience at a medium to large company.
Working knowledge of automated SAP systems is required.
Working knowledge of SAAS and Kofax/Readsoft preferred.
Retail experience on the non-merchandise side (non-P.O.) is a super plus.
Excellent verbal, written, communications, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to consistently meet deadlines.
