MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH

A healthcare company is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Medical Scheduler who is fluent in Spanish and possesses advanced knowledge of AdvancedMD software. You will act as the initial point of contact for patients, welcoming them into our clinic, and managing appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist them in scheduling appointments.

• Manage appointment scheduling within the AdvancedMD system.

• Handle incoming calls to provide accurate information, schedule, or reschedule appointments.

• Perform data entry tasks and manage patient records while adhering to confidentiality regulations.

• Use AdvancedMD software to streamline the appointment process and manage patient data.

• Coordinate with the clinical staff to manage patient flow effectively.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional qualification in medical administration is desirable.

• Experience in a similar role, specifically in a healthcare setting.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Advanced proficiency in using AdvancedMD software.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing processes will be an advantage.
