Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of dealership F&I Management REQUIRED

  • Organized and fast-paced team player

  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores

  • High CSI

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission(s) of: Individual Product and Reserve Income, and Bonuses based on:Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $93,165.00 to $279,900.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
