Job Description Summary:

The Clinical Trial Project Coordinator will work closely with the Clinical Trials Manager to administratively support all aspects of the Clinical Trials program while effectively communicating and working closely with different departments to accomplish the goals of the Clinical Trials program and broader company goals.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Provides administrative oversight of Clinical Trials program (active and pipeline studies), including maintenance of documentation (contracts/ SOWs/ study details and requirements), and maintaining clinical trial master files

  • Provides end-to-end coordination and support for active clinical trial studies, including coordination and liaising with Billing/ Invoicing, Operations, etc.

  • Supports nurse staffing, onboarding, training, and education requirements

  • Manages customer inquiries and provides excellent customer service.

  • Implements and oversees quality assurance measures to uphold high clinical trial standards

  • Supports management for rollout of new Clinical Trials operational initiative workflows, processes, and requirements

  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum three (3) years of project coordination, or similar, in a health care setting

Basic Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects at the same time to completion.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills, with good time management skills.

  • Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to design, set up and manage internal processes and protocols; must manage collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Physical Demand Requirements

  • Ability to work on a personal computer or laptop computer for extended periods of time.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience working in the clinical trial field

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
