Hilton Senior Manager, Lifestyle Food and Beverage in Montgomery, Alabama

***This role will be based at one of our corporate offices in New York City, NY, with the specific location to be determined***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Senior Manager Lifestyle F&B, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Lifestyle team reporting to the Director of Lifestyle F&B, you will support with F&B project programming and content, brand creative assets, programs collateral, performance analytics (including hotel F&B operational performance), financial performance, and project pipelines.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Conduct market research to support the future of F&B at Hilton, including the production of market studies, presentations, and communications tools/aides.
  • Contribute to the global rollout of proprietary project tracking (rollout of our reporting tool) and provide project and departmental updates in the Americas.
  • Build relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality control and timely partner project delivery.
  • Identify and recommend third-party business partners in design, electronic media, and operational brand partnerships. You will report departmental expenditures of such partners and compare the budget input to the results achieved.
  • Assist the Director of Brand Food & Beverage Development - Americas with creative development and presentation support.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Ownership, Asset management, Third Party Operators, Management Groups and Branding Companies, and in-house Stir Creative collection will be daily interactions.
  • Workstreams in collaboration with the following teams: Brand leaders, Design, Architecture and Design, and Marketing Teams will be working groups for project management work.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Manage the pipeline of incoming hotels (restaurants and bars) to drive best practices to influence world-class food and beverage within our Lifestyle restaurants and bars.
  • Project management of detailed programming for all food and beverage spaces within the hotel pipeline.
  • Third-party management to achieve the interest of amazing food and beverage and Ownership interests.
  • Design protocols for programming initiatives for marketing, partnerships, and strategic programming efforts.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years working in the Food and Beverage industry
  • One (1) year managing partner and vendor relationships
  • Working knowledge in Food and Beverage program development
  • Up to 30% travel

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Three to five (3-5) openings in either Restaurants, Bars, or Hotels *
  • Creative, design, or advisory-related work experience in food and beverage *
  • Proficiency in menu programming and planning
  • Working knowledge in InDesign, Adobe Suite or AutoCAD
