Who You are:
The Technical Support Representative will provide technical assistance and answers to users’ questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software.
What You will be responsible for:
Purchase, deploy, update, and troubleshoot mobile devices and software (Apple and Android)
Purchase, deploy, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software (Windows)
Maintain and configure servers (physical and virtual) hardware and software
Perform administrator duties on multiple software platforms, including adding and removing users, managing permissions, etc.
Identify, investigate, and resolve user’s problems with computer and mobile device software and hardware.
Purchase, install, and maintain networking equipment such as firewalls, switches, and access points.
Perform periodic networking maintenance, including pulling and terminating ethernet cable, building network racks, etc.
Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.
Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Must be able to travel to other offices as needed.
