This is a job for a Asset Availability Leader - Pulp & Woodyard located in  Monticello, MS. 

Job Responsibilities: The AAL develops and executes asset strategies for utilities department and reports to the Utilities Area Leader.Key member of the operations team that works closely with maintenance for timing of repairs. Work collaboratively with Operations, OMG and Maintenance to prioritize value-added work.Plan, schedule and coordinate reliability outages using Gantt Chart (lead planning meetings through to post outage audits). Clearly articulate the expectation of asset preservation and investment outages to fix it right the first time.Drive precision maintenance thru QA/QC process.Plan and coordinate reliability outages.Lead pre-planning meetings and post shutdown audit.Building asset strategies and systems including Reliability-Centered. Maintenance (RCM): organizing and managing asset reliability strategies. involving appropriate application of condition monitoring and preventative maintenance using an RCM-based approach.Equipment troubleshooting.Root Cause analysis: finding and resolving organizational issues that lead to premature equipment failure by utilizing strong interview skills and attention to detail.Gap analysis and the development of improvement plans.Equipment benchmarking. Asset performance tracking and reporting.Development of best practices. Provide technical support on both capital and non-capital projects.

Basic Qualifications: Two or more year of reliability or preventative maintenance experience Experience collecting, assembling, and analyzing data.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering or related technical field. Experience within a paper/pulp manufacturing operation.Experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Experience using Microsoft Project and computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS).
