Resorts World Catskills Food Runner - Cellaio in Monticello, New York

Description

Essential Functions:

  • Delivers food orders to guests dining in a full-service restaurant.

  • Presents proper food items by seat position according to the ticket.

  • Carries an oval tray in a traditional style restaurant containing hot and cold food items.

  • Expedites kitchen line in the absence of the Expo.

  • Provides excellent service to guests.

  • Maintains restaurant service standards.

  • Ensures a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Communicates with each part of the kitchen to ensure the tickets are being filled correctly.

  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of every order is fulfilled.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Ability to multitask

Knowledge/Work Experience:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred

  • Some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
