Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis collaborates with key members of Supply Chain Transformation team to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. This is primarily responsible for actively developing business cases, in partnership with the broader transformation team, to enhance our transformation capabilities. The role will be responsible from business case development through the various internal requirements to project launch. This role will directly interface with various business partners outside of finance. This role will require expertise in business partnerships, being willing and able partner with Engineering, Program Management, Sourcing and other finance business leaders. In addition, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis develops detailed reports and analysis on the performance of the businesses and various capital investments. This job provides leadership in the development of the financial strategy, produces logical scenario analyses and insights, accurate forecasts, and make sound recommendations to support key business decisions. This job will focus on improving the business acumen of the teams in which they support, as well as drive for areas of improvement as it relates to speed in process, support a redesign efforts for key process and drive for results.
Responsibilities
Supports the development of business cases for transformation throughout the Global Operations & Supply Chain
Supports make vs. buy analysis on various pieces of the Global Operations portfolio
Leads the segment budget, forecasting and reporting processes for Capital Expenditures & Expenses
Develops a streamlined forecasting process, with appropriate level of reporting and insights
Provides support in the budget planning process including analyzing trends and providing tactical recommendations
Generates reports to communicate FP&A activities to the segment CEO, CFO, and business unit President
Qualifications
5+ years of experience preferred
BA or BS, Advanced Degree preferred

Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff; may also manage front line supervisors
Manages an organizational budget
Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
Assists in the development of functional strategy
Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
