We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic ICON University-Client & Quality team. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will utilize your Clinical Research Experience and training facilitation skills to support the client-related learning needs of ICON's staff, contributing to the successful delivery of our services.
Learning and Development Specialist Roles and Responsibilities’:
Develop, revise, deliver, document and coordinate a variety of Instructor led-training (ILT), online-learning (OLL) or on-the-job training (OTJ) as assigned
Utilize the learning management system to manage ILT events, including scheduling, managing registrations, updating roster reports and entering completion status
Review internal and external training compliance reports and follow up internally and externally with management as necessary
Identify learning objectives and develop training content and practical activities for internal and external customers, working from assigned brief
Deliver the full range of training programmes in the functional area and train new trainers in the delivery of these programmes
Evaluate and assess effectiveness and quality of assigned training materials, content and delivery methods and proactively recommend enhancements
Provide support for external and internal audits and/or client requests for training history documentation and learning plans, as assigned. Represent IU at internal and external audits
Look for and share with the team opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and training programmes
Travel may be required (up to 20% domestic and/or international
Mentor and train new ICON University team members as assigned
Manage and or Support ICON University learning initiatives as assigned

Experience:
Prior experience conducting presentations or facilitating training in English
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Ability to work effectively and efficiently on global networked computers using current software applications
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
3 years plus of CRO experience

Nous cherchons actuellement un(e) spécialiste de l’apprentissage et du développement qui se joindra à notre équipe diversifiée et dynamique Université ICON – Client et qualité. En tant que spécialiste de l’apprentissage et du développement, vous utiliserez votre expérience en recherche clinique et vos compétences d’animateur de formations pour répondre aux besoins d’apprentissage liés aux clients du personnel d’ICON, contribuant ainsi à améliorer la prestation de nos services.
Rôles et responsabilités du (de la) spécialiste de l’apprentissage et du développement :
Développer, réviser, fournir, documenter et coordonner une variété de formations animées par un instructeur (ILT - Instructor led-training), d’apprentissage en ligne (OLL - online-learning) ou de formations pratiques (OTJ - on the job training), comme demandé.
Utiliser le système de gestion des formations pour gérer les événements d’ILT, notamment le calendrier, la gestion des inscriptions, la mise à jour des fichiers d’inscriptions et la confirmation du statut d’achèvement.
Revoir les rapports internes et externes de conformité de la formation et assurer le suivi (en interne et en externe) avec la direction selon les besoins.
Identifier les objectifs d’apprentissage et élaborer le contenu des formations et des activités pratiques pour les clients internes et externes, à partir des consignes fournies.
Fournir une gamme complète de programmes de formation dans le domaine fonctionnel et former les nouveaux formateurs à la délivrance de ces programmes.
Évaluer l’efficacité et la qualité des documents de formation assignés, du contenu et des méthodes pédagogiques, et recommander de façon proactive des améliorations.
Fournir un soutien aux vérifications internes et externes et/ou aux demandes des clients concernant la documentation de l’historique de formation et des plans d’apprentissage, comme demandé. Représenter l’IU dans les vérifications internes et externes.
Rechercher et partager avec l’équipe les occasions d’améliorations continues de processus et de programmes de formation.
Des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires (nationaux et/ou internationaux, jusqu’à 20 % du temps).
Assurer un mentorat et former de nouveaux membres de l’Université ICON, comme demandé.
Gérer et/ou soutenir les initiatives d’apprentissage de l’Université ICON, comme demandé.

Autres domaines fonctionnels opérationnels selon les besoins.
Démonstration de compétences dans les valeurs clés d’ICON.
Expérience :
Expérience antérieure de présentations ou de formation à l’animation en anglais.
Maîtrise de l’anglais (communication écrite et verbale).
Aptitude à travailler efficacement en utilisant des applications logicielles sur des ordinateurs en réseau à l’échelle mondiale.
Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente requise.
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans une entreprise de recherche clinique/sous contrat (ERC).
