Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Montrose, CO

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Obtain and verify the correct documentation and ingredients for batch production.

• Set up and operate weigh-up or packaging machinery, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

• Process, package, and prepare materials according to customer specifications.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations (1 year preferred).

• Forklift Operators License (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong manual dexterity and quantitative skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.
