Vitalant Clinical Laboratory Assistant II in Montvale, New Jersey

Description

Vitalant is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant II dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Laboratory Assistant is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by performing daily clerical and administrative tasks, including sample receipt, data entry, and communicating with customers regarding samples. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely, high-quality test results.

What to Expect

Schedule: Days Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional weekends as needed)

As a Clinical Laboratory Assistant , you'll get to:
Oversee inventory supplies, investigating and resolving shipping, receipt and labeling exceptions.
Participate in performance improvement teams and training programs.
Pack and ship and deliver supplies and/or specimens to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to our Business Partners and Internal customers.


Requirements

High School or GED required.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
One year related experience.
