Job Title: Inside/Field Sales Representative - Dental

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Field Sales Representative to join a team in the dental industry. The role combines inside sales efforts with fieldwork, targeting dental practices and professionals to promote and sell products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:

    • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the dental sector through a combination of inside and field sales efforts.
    • Make outbound calls, emails, and schedule in-person meetings with dental practices to promote products and services.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's dental products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
    • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and ROI during presentations and demonstrations.
  • Account Management:

    • Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued success and product satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting & Targets:

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Accurately maintain records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
    • Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required (up to 50%).
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and services and adapt to a dynamic industry.
Location: Remote, can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission
