Our client, a leading manufacturer in the chemical industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting the product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for science which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician?

Location: Montvale, NJ

Pay Range: $28?per hour

What's the Job?

• Responsible for the batching of lab samples and product testing (performance, stability, analytical)

• Perform chemical and physical analysis on saw materials, prototypes and finished products.

• Interpret test results and investigations.

• Collect data needed for product registration with federal, state and other regulatory agencies.

• The role will require the person to do some light physical labor.

What's Needed?

• BS Degree (Chemistry, biology science related)

• Laboratory?experience a MUST

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including sample preparation, data analysis, and documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft packages i.e Excel

• Possess a good technical background in Chemistry or equivalent of education and experience
