Description

We are seeking a Test Center Administrator to join the team in Mountlake Terrace, WA. This role involves overseeing the operations of a testing center, facilitating web-based exams, and ensuring adherence to testing protocols. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the smooth running of the testing site and ensure all tests are conducted in a fair and orderly manner

• Assist test-takers in checking in and getting settled for their exams

• Conduct regular security checks to ensure no unauthorized materials are brought into the testing site

• Monitor the testing site every 10-15 minutes to prevent cheating and maintain the integrity of the exams

• Utilize various computer programs and apps specific to the testing system to start and stop tests

• Maintain a high level of mobility to monitor the testing room effectively

• Respond to emails and handle other light office work as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in various Computer Programs

• Experience with CRM systems

• Ability to provide answers and solutions to issues or queries

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Ability to carry out Clerical Duties effectively.
