Robert Half is looking for a Sr Director Financial Planning & Analysis to join our client! The Sr Director Financial Planning & Analysis must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Oversee the projection and structuring process for operating revenue, expenditures, and financial standards throughout all departments.

  • Identify potential challenges and prospects within financial predictions and schemes; carry out recurrent financial assessments with the administration.

  • Work with operational divisions to assist strategic determinations and foresee business requirements.

  • Oversee liquidity management, which includes payment terms, collection of receivables, and cash management for subsidiary companies.

  • Develop and maintain financial records for top management, board meetings, and spontaneous analyses, which includes the bi-weekly flash P& L.

  • Partner with administration to determine and support key performance standards and operational metrics, supporting strategic decision-making.

    Requirements

The ideal Sr Director Financial Planning & Analysis candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Other requirements for the Sr Director Financial Planning & Analysis position include and are not limited to:

  • 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience with 2+ years of management experience.

  • Heavy Excel skills, BI Analytics experience

  • Strong attention to detail; devotion to accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to work with limited supervision on competing high visibility and priority projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort to communicate with management at all levels.
