As a Loaner Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of National Loaner Kitting operations, making a significant impact on our supply chain capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide active coaching and direction to the DC loaner operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and efficiency.

  • Develop strategies for the efficient distribution and warehousing of Orthopedics sets, which involve tasks like cleaning, repairing, and assembling sets to meet the demands in the field.

  • Meet or exceed all operations metrics outlined for the loaner operation.

  • Ensure Inventory Practices are achieved.

  • Meet all financial obligations for loaner operations, identifying and quantifying site-related opportunities for service, productivity, and compliance.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in systems execution, specifically in My MediSet-SAP Application.

  • Implement strategies for introducing new products, specifically focused on new set build.

  • Ensure operational compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as insurance requirements.

  • Deliver all Corrective Action based on situations, following FDA/J&J standards and requirements.

  • Cultivate a culture of Process Excellence by incorporating widely recognized industry standards and facilitating the sharing of effective Loaner practices.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge and experience in SAP and SAP WM, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, is required

  • Related experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Distribution, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, or Manufacturing.

  • Ability to support flexible working shifts, outside the standard 9am-5pm schedule, depending on business needs.

  • Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships across functional and organizational lines.

Preferred:

  • 3PL experience and/or performance in highly automated supply chain processes is preferred.

  • Continuous Improvement Principles is an asset.

Other:

  • Up to 10% domestic travel required.

  • This position is 100% on-site in Mooresville, IN

  • Physical ability to meet the demands of our fast-paced distribution environment.
