Highlights Healthcare Facilities and Supply Coordinator for autism healthcare provider - Mooresville NC Corporate Office in Mooresville, North Carolina

Highlights Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Facilities and Supply Coordinator to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers throughout the southeast.

This coordinator position oversees facilities maintenance by managing contractors and dispatching vendors to address repair and installation needs for approximately 30 locations in multiple states. Ordering and ensuring delivery of supplies and furniture for new locations as well as coordinating office relocations. Must have excellent customer service and great communication skills with strong attention to detail.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Maintain facility vendor relationships and scheduling

• Coordinate facility staff assignments based on location priority needs

• Negotiate supply pricing for value-based purchasing

• Work with respective branch leadership to identify needs and priorities

• Manage the facility preparation and setup for new and relocating branches/centers

• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of files and records

• Comply with Highlights Healthcare's vision, mission, and values

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited college or university, preferred

• 3-5 years experience in customer service and/or facility maintenance support

• Adherence to laws and best practices with regard to customers and data

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Highly organized with attention to detail; results driven

• Excellent time management and high productivity

• Strong, polished communication and customer service skills – written and verbal
