Lowe's PROvider Experience Group Sr. Director in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The Sr. Director is responsible for standing up a brand new initiative with PRO Sales & Services which is designed to pivot the business to focus on the PROvider Experience as a critical capability for the overall PRO Sales & Services strategy. This includes all components of the PROvider Experience lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding to termination. The Sr. Director is accountable for ensuring adequate capacity to deliver services in a timely and quality fashion, providing education and sales support services, gathering feedback via surveys and/or town hall meetings, and troubleshooting PROvider issues. The Sr. Director is also responsible for all PROvider consolidation and optimization efforts. This position also oversees the PROvider recognition programs. The Sr. Director is also accountable for PRO sales and rentals related to the PROvider network. S/he is also responsible for all management activities associated with leading a high-functioning team..

What you will do

  • Leads the development of the PROvider Experience strategy as a new initiative with PRO which is designed to pivot our business and focus on creating an excellent PROvider experience.

  • Leads all components of the PROvider experience lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding to termination, as a critical capability for the overall PRO Sales & Services strategy.

  • Leads PROvider sales support, onboarding and education efforts, including the PROvider Portal and other communication tools.

  • Acts as a liaison to ensure effective relationship building between PROvider and National Installation Merchant (NIM).

  • Leads PROvider Consolidation and Optimization efforts, which includes detailed market assessments and conducting line reviews to ensure we have the right PROviders in the right geographic areas supporting installation sales.

  • Leads efforts to optimize our network of PROviders from 11,000 to under 4,000, while ensuring the proper mix of installation services across Lowe’s landscape.

  • Leads a team of 20+ direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of a highly functioning team, including responsibilities of recruiting, hiring, developing and performance of team members.

  • Leads all PROvider sourcing, capability and capacity activities while ensuring efficiency, quality and timeliness within our PROvider network. Focuses on diversity across the network.

  • Leads efforts to drive PROvider engagement and retention through a formalized feedback loop, PROvider surveys and town hall activities.

  • Accountable for financial targets related to driving PRO sales, Loyalty sign ups, Credit, Tool Rental and Likely To Recommend (LTR).

  • Serves as point-of-contact for Lowe’s leaders regarding the PROvider Experience.

  • Provides timely, effective and actionable feedback and coaching to reporting individuals so that they may continue growth and development as well as perform necessary responsibilities of their role.

  • Works with business partners and other stakeholders to prioritize information/reporting needs and prioritizes activities for direct reports.

  • Ensures team members have the necessary resources to complete their job activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, Operations, or related field 8-10 Years Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or US Home Improvement)

  • 8-10 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development

  • 8-10 Years Experience in a Store Operations role (with an emphasis in Install and/or Specialty Sales experience)
