This is a senior-level role responsible for analyzing, designing, and measuring learning programs for employee development and training delivery. The position involves creating supportive content and reinforcement for training initiatives. The primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and behaviors to perform their roles safely and effectively. This role also manages the onboarding program and new employee orientation process.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly product knowledge content through scripts, videos, and other materials to be integrated into the learning management system.

• Collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, working on tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.

• Create and distribute microlearning content, using e-learning platforms such as Xonify, aimed at retail store associates.

• Produce 15-16 videos per week, each 1-3 minutes long, using Adobe Express, Premiere, and Vimeo.

• Ability to edit graphics is preferred, while knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus, though training is available if needed.

• Focus on one product category per month, ensuring all related components are aligned, supporting 14 different departments.

• Retail experience is highly valued, though technical resumes are not a requirement for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a background in creating instructional content, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic, retail-oriented environment.
