Sr. Manager, Investor Relations

Your Impact:

The Sr. Manager Investor Relations is responsible for supporting, facilitating and participating in investor communication efforts for the enterprise through a combination of financial, industry and strategic analyses, as well as developing external messaging and preparing materials for executive management. The Sr. Manager Investor Relations also has responsibility for communicating directly with investors and sell-side analysts, addressing their questions and topics of interest, and ensuring that they are provided with accurate and timely information with which to make investment decisions.

This senior manager will have primary responsibility for communicating with certain investors, typically smaller hedge funds. This position has primary ownership of the investor relations project plans, including quarterly earnings call, the annual report, analyst & investor conference, and annual meeting. This position also communicates directly with executive management regarding both investor relations and stock trading trends .

The senior manager will develop cross-functional partnerships and collaborate with other financial teams and the business in order to develop accurate and clear messages and analyses. To accomplish this, this role must strive to continuously improve his/her own and the Investor Relations team’s understanding of the business and industry in which Lowe's operates, including the competitive landscape.

What you will do:

  • Develops analysis and messages to support investor communication including drafting press releases, scripts, Q&A, and strategic talking points

  • Reviews and often prepares investor presentations, executive summaries, competitive overviews, and reporting and analysis of Investor Relations effectiveness to align investment strategy with Lowe's company vision

  • Manages the investor relations compliance program, serving as the primary contact for retail investor questions to ensure that investors are provided accurate and timely information with which to make investment decisions

  • Supports the documentation of all Investor Relations processes and procedures including the disclosure policy and RegFD e-course

  • Creates investor relations website content and manages Lowe's relationship with the website provider to maintain relevant content on the site

  • Manages project plans for each Investor Relations event, including quarterly earnings calls, the Annual Meeting and the Analyst & Investor Conference

  • Communicates directly with executive management regarding both investor relations and stock trading trends to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals of the company

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 Years with a public company in a Finance/Public Relations department, financial consulting, investment firm or public accounting firm

  • 1 Year of demonstrated experience in each of the following: Structuring and writing formal documents; Developing and delivering group presentations; Project planning; Cross-functional collaboration

  • Intermediate proficiency skills in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CFA, CMA

  • Experience in investor relations/public relations, external reporting, corporate accounting or financial analysis

Pay Range: $107,800.00 - $179,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
