The Street Outreach Advocate is responsible for meeting the Agency s mission as a team member by providing access to basic needs and immediate housing needs to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Street Outreach Advocate will provide outreach services to ensure homeless individuals and families have access to mainstream resources and are connected to community service providers to meet their basic needs. The Street Outreach Advocate will assist individuals and families with completing the coordinated entry assessment, or updating their information with the assessing agency if already entered on the system. The Street Outreach Advocate will make connections and create networks of support within the community to spread awareness of homelessness.
