Responsibilities

A Mechanical Assembler is responsible for putting together mechanical components, systems, or machinery according to specifications. Their duties typically include:

Reading Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret and understand technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics to accurately assemble mechanical parts.

Assembling Components: Fit, align, and fasten parts to build mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, or machines using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment.

Inspecting Parts and Assemblies: Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure components and assembled parts meet specifications, identifying defects or malfunctions.

Operating Machinery and Tools: Use various tools and equipment, such as drills, grinders, and torque wrenches, to assemble, adjust, and install parts.
