Company is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1 on 1 with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes providing skilled care for 8 - 12 hour shifts in Morgantown, WV & surrounding areas. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in WV the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred Pay rate $25-$28
