PDS Tech Commercial Inc, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company in the Morris Plains area is hiring Material & Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing team.

Pay: $24.67-$27.26/hour

Schedule: 1st shift working Tues - Sat (Overtime and alternate shifts as needed)

As a Material and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks such as kitting, material flow, inventory management, and supporting core manufacturing functions within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate SAP/MES inventories.

• Keep areas "audit ready" and perform equipment cleaning/maintenance.

• Report safety/compliance issues and assist in incident resolution.

• Use systems like LIMS, SAP, and MES proficiently.

• Coordinate material receiving, storage, and processing.

• Ensure inventory accuracy for GMP and non-GMP storage locations.

Qualified candidates should have/be:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

• 1-3 years in cGMP/FDA-regulated industry; warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills along with problem solving and follow-up skills are required.

• Well organized, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Handle chemicals, including corrosives, solvents, and bio-hazardous materials.

Pay Details: $24.67 to $27.26 per hour
