The Honeywell Product Management Specialist will shape the future of the Industrial Fluorine Products business by managing the hydrofluoric acid and boron trifluoride product lines. These offerings are utilized in a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Solar Panels, Semiconductor, Stainless Steel, Electronics, Fluorochemical. The Product Management Specialist will also work to refine market strategy for the emerging EV market where HF projects to be a key raw material.

The Honeywell Product Management Specialist is responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle. Offering Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, integrated supply chain and logistics, Honeywell senior executives, sales and technical service, customer service and accounts receivable to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.

The Product Management Specialist is an experienced professional and early career role that supports the Business Line General Manager in successfully managing the Business Line’s offerings. They will actively manage a well-defined offering or set of offerings of medium complexity within this Business Line. They should have at least beginner skill levels across all the below competencies and will be expected to perform primary responsibilities with support from their manager and experienced team members and become more autonomous based on demonstrated skills and abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) for the line of business

• Developing pricing strategies and product cost/price management

• Obtaining VOC and establishing customer segmentation

• Completing market research and determining the competitive landscape

• Developing robust value propositions

• Creating marketing materials and sales tools and content

• Managing the portfolio lifecycle from Introduction through Growth, Maturity, Decline and finally Phase Out

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have

• 3+ years of increasingly responsible commercial experience (Strategy, Sales, Finance, Product Management)

• OR 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Sourcing
