The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for maintaining current systems, upgrading future systems, maintaining inventories, conducting on-site training to promote efficient operations and answer questions to avoid or resolve systems-related problems, establish policies and procedures, purchase operating equipment, budgeting computer related items, and maintain relationships with corporate office and Hyatt technology support team. Work also involves conferring with programmers, application experts and computer operators in order to exchange information and resolve problems regarding daily operation of various applications systems, report generation, system enhancements, system failures and related issues.

Successful candidates will have strong leadership, professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills and a minimum of two years with WAN/LAN infrastructure and property.

Qualifications:

Prefer candidate with 2 years of IT Manager, IT help desk or similar support experience

Open weekday availability and ability to work weekends when necessary

Experience in dealing with multiple guests, hotel associates, and management

Ideal candidate would have previous hotel IT experience

Proficient in network management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
