Robert Half Project Manager in Morristown, New Jersey

Description We are in search of a Project Manager for our team located in Morristown, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in our operations, particularly within the integration support aspect of our operations in the pharmaceutical industry. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing ample time to make a significant impact on our operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of integration and mergers & acquisitions (M& A) projects.

• Engage in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) processes.

• Develop and utilize financial models to support strategic initiatives.

• Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.

• Provide expertise in managing finance operations within the project scope.

• Contribute to the mapping and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes.

• Leverage project management skills to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

• Utilize system implementation skills to integrate new technology and processes.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success. Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management role.

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and software tools.

• Demonstrable experience in Acquisition Integration and System Implementation.

• Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) and Financial Modeling.

• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Data Mapping and its applications in project management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery
