Research, design, develop and test electronic components and equipment for vehicle systems. Perform telematics systems and concept validation of infotainment systems and components. Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, and implementation of End-to-End Systems; in-vehicle infotainment and telematics system, backend/cloud-based services and front-end software applications. Take business concepts or user stories and translate them into detailed engineering specifications. Create, design, update and execute electronic systems test procedures using state of the art testing, logging and analysis tools. Coordinate and create/update test procedures and plans to efficiently perform laboratory and field test drives with a focus on North American market specifications. Establish and maintain error reporting database, cross-link objective quality results to other US specific test databases. Ensure actuality and functionality of test setups (systems and vehicles), maintain and operate infotainment test-bench systems. Build-up, package and integrate new prototypes into vehicles. Conduct system and error analysis. Pre-analyze electronic system behavior in error situations. Derive reproducibility of electronic system malfunction. Experience must include: CANoe, FlexRay, IDEX, ODIS, QXDM, CP Tool, TeraTerm, Putty, Python, Java, JSON, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Wireshark.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign academic equivalent in Engineering (Any) or related with 5 years of progressive experience in job offered or as an Engineering Professional.
