Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• You will assume full project lifecycle management responsibility, from initiation to project close, including scope/requirement definition, planning the project schedule, risk analysis, change management, testing, project go live coordination, and project post-mortems.

• Clearly understand and communicate business requirements and integration points in the context of the acceptance criteria and deliverables.

• Work in a fast-paced environment to collaborate with cross functional teams on multiple projects.

• Maintain regular communication with both the business and internal teams and manage business expectations.

• Achieve business satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope.

• Work with third-party vendors and technology partners as required.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.

• 3+ years of experience in business facing project management.

• 1+ years of experience in business facing ecommerce project management

• Strong verbal, presentation, and writtencommunicationskills.

• Excellentproblem-solvingskills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

• Self-directed and proactive

• Organizational, planning, and time management skills to be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at a time.

• Ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems.

• General background and understanding of project management and project documentation

• Understanding of the software development processes.

• Experience using Jira

• Innovative thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Agile development projects.

• Familiarity with the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, XML, Java

• Proven experience working in a global organization team.

• Clear understanding of e-commerce best practices

• Willingness to work flexible, non-traditional hours to accommodate global communications and coordination.
