Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced leader to lead our LASR [Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational] Program a fast-track, rotational undergraduate program to build a pipeline of high-potential talent for the North America Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

  • Manage LASR [Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational Program] a fast-track, rotational undergraduate program to build a pipeline of high-potential talent for North America Sales

  • Lead the LASR 10-week summer internship program

  • Establish network across all business units for continued buy-in and support

  • Maintain LASR social presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Lenovo’s LASR website

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of early career efforts with broader business objectives.

University Relations:

  • Establish and manage relationships with universities to enhance Lenovo’s diversity recruiting efforts.

  • Partner with the North America University Recruitment & Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts on target college campuses.

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring efforts, and candidate selections

  • Coordinate schedules and plan interview events

Recruitment and Training:

  • Manage on-boarding and rotational training for the Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) program [full time & internship].

  • Collaborate with the North America Sales Training team to continuously develop and enhance the LASR sales training programs, including coordinating the delivery of training material across multiple organizations and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Sales Coaching and Development:

  • Provide sales coaching and development for LASR full time and internship participants.

  • Provide feedback following each rotation for continuous development and growth.

Development Courses:

  • Design, implement, and manage ThinkUniversity development courses and experience programs for the Inside Sales organization.

  • Align with Sales Directors for nominations and sales leader sponsors to continue to provide feedback, growth, and buy-in.

External Contracts:

  • Manage external contracts with training delivery partners as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching session.

  • Set goals and track performance.

  • Provide updates to the leadership team/management on program status.

  • Create training programs for LASR and ThinkUniversity.

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, leadership, and/or talent development.

  • Program management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong preference given to those with previous sales experience

  • Adept at leveraging social media and digital engagement tools

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in university relations and diversity initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with sales training tools and platforms.

This position is a hybrid in office role when not in the field the requirement will be 3 days in our Morrisville office and 2 days from home.*
