Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager with a robust background in leading, planning, executing, and optimizing projects for our in-house brand design and advertising agency within Lenovo’s Corporate Marketing Group. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, along with a deep understanding of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of key brand initiatives, including 360-degree brand campaigns and large-scale brand identity projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet established timelines.

  • Oversee detailed project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for all brand initiatives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, fostering open communication by providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Prioritize collaboration, risk mitigation, and ensure all stakeholders receive the same level of service.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

  • Allocate projects to project managers based on their expertise and existing workload.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing projects using data-driven tools.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

Technology and Tool Utilization:

  • Utilize tools to optimize projects, including predictive analytics, personalization, and automation.

  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of AI trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management preferably in an Advertising or Content Agency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of media specifications for various campaign assets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at [1]www.lenovobenefits.com
