Xylem Workday Product Owner (HCM & Recruitment) in Morrisville, North Carolina

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the analysis and documentation of the technical workday setup in the area of HCM and Recruitment to ensure the design is well understood and aligned to requirements

  • Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions

  • Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders, while keeping technology capabilities and best practices in mind

  • Independently implement workday configurations, mange testing and technical documentation, and work with internal IT or 3rd party suppliers where needed

  • Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization

  • Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies

  • Establish and apply governance structures needed to maintain a high integrity of the overall Workday design, in close partnership with other HRIS product owners

  • Support creation of training materials, and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks

  • Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain, and where applicable escalate issues with Workday or 3rd party supplier

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, alternatively a Workday consultancy background

  • Proven experience (> 4 years) in Workday HCM and Recruitment, certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

Salary range:

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
