Bunzl Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative (FSR) to support our approved distribution vendor contracts with Bunzl Retail Services franchise accounts. This role will focus on activating current franchise locations to begin purchasing products, supplies and services from Bunzl via our state-of-the-art ordering portal and managing relationships within existing Bunzl Retail Services customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Activation (70%):

  • Engage with current franchise owners to introduce and facilitate the use of Bunzl's ordering portal.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and virtual meetings to promote our products and services.

  • Educate center owners on the benefits and features of our offerings.

  • Customer Relationship Management (30%):

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing franchise owner customers.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

  • Territory Management:

  • Manage a protected sales territory spanning multiple states.

  • Allocate a minimum of 50% of time to travel within the territory for in-person customer visits.

  • Log all customer interactions and sales activities into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent industry experience.

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in retail or B2B environments.

  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time (minimum) within the designated territory.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
