Lift Truck Operator - Moses Lake, WA

Summary

This job is responsible for operating material handling equipment in a safe manner for the purpose of moving, locating, stacking and counting merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates a forklift to load, unload, high stack and stage either totes of frozen potatoes or pallets of cases

  • Enters data and product locations accurately using a hand scanner

  • Loads and unloads trailers on the dock

  • Performs a pre-operation maintenance check on the forklift and reports any operating issues

  • Charges forklift batteries

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Relevant Experience

1+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

Ability to safely operate a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and high stacking totes.
