Job Description

This position is for a Test Technician to assist the Valve Mech and PRL team in validation testing. This position will support both the engineering team and current test engineers/technicians under general supervision to execute our testing plans and analysis effectively and efficiently

Engages with engineering personnel to review test plans, such as types and cycles of tests, conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and duration of tests. (gage map, test runs)

- Utilizes a basic understanding of controls and instrumentation to submit the appropriate work orders for the necessary hardware, ensuring it is ready on time.

- Examines parts for conformance, using precision measuring instruments; recommends replacement of defective parts where needed.

- Monitors controls and instruments, records test data for engineers.

- Under general supervision, provides basic data analysis to ensure quality.

- Collaborates with engineers regarding data analysis and conclusions

Skills and Requirements

- 4-year Engineering or Engineering Technology degree or 5-year relevant work experience

- Testing experience, engine preferred

- Data analysis

-  Strong communication skills - Engine or testing experience null
