Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified private tutor to assist high school students in their preparation for the ACT test. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, particularly in test preparation, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: - Develop customized lesson plans for individual students based on their strengths and weaknesses - Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in order to improve their performance on the ACT test - Administer practice tests and review results with students to identify areas for improvement - Provide feedback and guidance to students on test-taking strategies, time management, and study habits - Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and discuss areas for improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, with a focus on test preparation - Strong knowledge of the ACT test format, content, and scoring - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans - Experience working with High School aged students.
