We are looking for individuals who are interested in joining a dynamic team and building their career in the field of construction inspection and materials testing.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Special Inspector to join our team. This role requires extensive travel and involves evaluating structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and identifying potential maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of safety regulations related to fuel station operations.Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of fuel station canopies at various locations. Assess the structural integrity and overall condition of canopies, including roofing, support structures, and signage. Identify and document any damage, wear, or safety hazards, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with industry safety standards and company protocols. Prepare detailed inspection reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations. Communicate effectively with site managers and maintenance teams to address any urgent issues. Travel extensively to different sites, often on short notice, to perform inspections. Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and any corrective actions taken. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to inspections.Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in construction, inspection, or maintenance, is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain certification to operate boom lift. Willingness to travel extensively, 90-100% of the time Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
