Neej Investments LLc Front Desk in MOUNT PLEASANT, Michigan
Neej Investments, LLC is seeking four (4) Front Desk Staff to work at 206 N Nicolet Street, Mackinaw City, Ml 49701. The position will be full-time and seasonal during the dates of April 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025.
This role of Front Desk Agent is to serve as the guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations. This position is responsible for registering guests, accommodating their requests, providing room information including rates and amenities, financial paperwork, and communicating with other departments on the status of guest rooms. Front Desk Agents may be required to upsell guest rooms and promote hotel services. Hotel experience is preferred. Should be able to stand and move for long periods of time. Must be able to speak and understand clear English, handle adversity with ease and diffuse issues that may arise with professionalism.
Employees will work Mon-Sun average of 35 hrs/wk. Must be able to work any 7 hr shift within the hours of 8: 00 am to 10: 00 pm any day of the week, days off rotate, shifts vary. No minimum education is required.
On-the-job training is provided. Neej Investments, LLC, provides workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. Transportation is not provided.
The wage is $14.64 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that are required by law. No other deductions will be taken unless voluntarily agreed upon. Overtime is not available. Wages will be paid bi-weekly, and the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Optional housing is available at 206 N Nicolet Street, Mackinaw City, MI 49701 for $85 per week per worker. This is not a condition of employment. This deduction will be made from the worker's paycheck if agreed upon. In the alternate, the employer will assist the workers to find suitable housing within walking distance of the worksite.
