We are looking for an experienced shipping lead to join on our global manufacturing teams. The shipping lead is responsible for the day-to-day movements of product within the facility. This person is responsible for the receiving, storing, picking, delivery, packing, kitting, and shipping of product in the facility. This position comes with full benefits, a daily lunch stipend and half days on Fridays (unless OT is needed). Responsibilities

• International and domestic shipping knowledge to include LTL, UPS and FedEx based web portals

• Scheduling & packaging shipments to customers to include creation of BOL's.

• Stage materials for dispensing and production through the completion of work orders and transfer order requirements utilizing SAP.

• Performing routine inventory counts and audits of warehouse materials.

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, locations and document good movements through an ERP system and manual processes. SAP knowledge is preferred but ERP experience is required.

• Reconciles raw materials, packaging components, and usage at the time of depletion or disposition

• Produces high quality work ethic with a focus on first time right

• General knowledge of vendor batch and/or lot numbers to include tracking and tracing expiration dates.

• Ability to multitask and evaluate workload priorities based on shipping deadlines.

• Utilize relevant ERP systems equivalent to SAP, as well as UPS, FedEX. SAP knowledge preferred.

• Familiarity with standard Office Technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

• Valid Forklift License.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds safely and frequently.

The essential functions of this role include:
