We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, coordinating timely repairs and replacements.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.

• Assist in managing maintenance budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
