We are seeking candidates to fill manufacturing, material handling, assembly and janitor roles at local manufacturing facilities (Fredericktown, Mount Vernon, Centerburg, Johnstown, and Heath). We have openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 2-weekend shifts, with shifts hours that range 8-12 hours. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production of products including assembly, fabrication, quality control, janitorial, and supply chain . The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working with machinery and tools and are committed to safety standards.

These positions require you to have the ability to lift 30 -50lbs on a regular basis, stand/sit, bend/stoop, and twist for the scheduled 8-12 hour shifts.

Attendance, reliability and a can-do attitude are key success factors!

Traits helpful towards your success (but NOT required):

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Machine operation, assembly, supply chain, and inspection experience
• Ability to read and understand measurements
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
• Operate machinery and tools to produce parts and components.
• Inspect and test parts and components for quality assurance.
• Maintain production records and reports. Work with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
