Our client, specializing in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration sector is recruiting a meticulous and organized Dispatcher. This role is crucial for coordinating service operations and ensuring timely and effective dispatch of technicians.* *

What you get to do:

• Handling communications (phone, text, Teams IMs) with customers and 25 technicians
• Dispatching technicians across the service area (Blaine to Olympia)
• Managing the service schedule, and collaborating with external clients. Knowledge of Pacific Northwest geography is essential.
• Coordinating Technicians: Assigning and dispatching refrigeration technicians to customer locations for service calls.
• Handling Communications: Answering and managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and technicians.
• Scheduling: Organizing and maintaining the service schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Providing customers with information about services, pricing, and scheduling, and addressing any complaints or issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.
• Routing: Ensuring efficient routing of technicians to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Emergency Response: Receiving and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency calls, and dispatching technicians accordingly.* *

What you need to be successful:

• Prior office and dispatching experience
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams.* *

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM* *

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 (DOE)* *
