Job Title: Bank Teller

Department: Retail Banking

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Summary: The Bank Teller is an entry-level position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a range of banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a friendly, meticulous individual who enjoys working with the public and is interested in starting a career in the banking industry.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or coursework in finance or business preferred).

• Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.

• Strong numerical skills and diligence.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.

• Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
